Service Description
A slow flowing sequence of poses. Mindful movement with intention and awareness. Connection to your breath and bodily sensations cultivate a sense of presence and groundedness. Please bring your own mat. Other props will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Please note we operate a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 12 hours before the class, we will refund you or a credit will be provided. Example: if you are booked into 7.30pm class, to receive your credit back or avoid the late cancellation charge, cancel before 7.30am. Late cancellations or no-show will result in the loss of the class credit or a fee.
