Anavi Yoga – Booking & Class Policy

 

1. Booking & Payment

Advance Booking Required: All classes must be booked and paid for online in advance. We do not accept payments onsite.

Payment Confirmation: Please ensure your payment is processed prior to class. Entry may be declined if payment is not received.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Student Cancellations: You may cancel your class booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. When booking a course or a workshop, you may cancel your course or workshop booking up to 1 week before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 1 week or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Teacher Cancellations: If a class or a course or a workshop is cancelled by the teacher (e.g. due to low attendance), you will receive a full refund and be notified via email.

 

3. Punctuality

Please aim to arrive a few minutes early to allow for setup and a calm start.

Late arrivals may still be admitted at the teacher’s discretion, but we encourage punctuality out of respect for the group and your practice.

 

4. Personal Responsibility & Liability

Medical Clearance: If you have any health concerns or are new to yoga/exercise, please consult your doctor before attending.

Informing Your Teacher: Let your teacher know about any injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant, prior to the class.

Listening to Your Body: Your wellbeing is our priority. Please practice mindfully and adjust or rest as needed during class.

 

5. Health & Safety

Pre-Existing Conditions: Participants with existing health concerns should seek medical advice before joining a class.

Appropriate Level: Ensure the class intensity aligns with your current fitness and experience level.

Pregnancy: If you’re pregnant, consult your doctor and inform the teacher. Specific guidance may apply depending on your trimester and experience.

6. Class packs

The date you purchase your class packs is the date on which it commences.

All 5 class packs expire 3 months from the date of purchase, no refunds are given.

All 10 class packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase, no refunds are given.

Drop-ins are for one class attendance only.

 

7. Additional Information

Lost & Found: Please take care of your personal belongings. Any items left behind will be collected and held by the teacher for a short period.
